4. Prohibited Uses (Requires Formal Written Licensing)

5. Consequences of Policy Violation

6. Licensing Requests

For any usage falling under Section 4 (Prohibited Uses), please submit a detailed licensing request with the following information:

  • Content Required: Title and URL of the specific articles/assets.
  • Intended Use: Description of where the Content will be published (e.g., print magazine, corporate website, paid newsletter).
  • Timeline and Scope: Duration and territory of the desired license.
