Central Philippines: Tracking Verbena’s Path

As Verbena moves toward the West Philippine Sea, areas in the Visayas and MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) continue to feel the strongest effects.

Palawan and Romblon (MIMAROPA)

Suspensions are extensive across Palawan due to the tropical depression’s current trajectory.

  • All Levels (Public & Private) Suspended:
    • Palawan: Cuyo, Coron, Linapacan, Taytay, El Nido, Culion, Aborlan, Agutaya.
    • Romblon: Odiongan.
    • Oriental Mindoro: Bongabong.
  • Preschool to Senior High School (SHS) Suspended:

    • Cagayan: Tuguegarao City (Kindergarten to SHS).

Calabarzon (Region IV-A)

  • Quezon Province: Mulanay (All Levels, Public & Private).
